Are we allowed to be called
Financial Jungle Guides?
That sounds awesome.
What We Do
We help folks with their money. It’s really that simple. But the fact of the matter is that our financial system is anything but simple. To make it even more complicated, the system you face in planning a retirement is completely different than what you do while your working.
While you are working it’s all about spending less than you make, putting money away from the future, and continuing to grow and progress in your job. This grows your income, and therefore, your future nest egg.
The problem we find is that when you retire things get far more complex. Where will you draw income from? Is there a risk that you may run out of money? What happens if you have major health issues? Are there strategies available to help you lower your tax bill?
All of these questions, and many more are things you haven’t been faced with in your first 60-70 years on earth. And all of them are major decisions to be made, oftentimes only once, that can have a major impact on the rest of your life.
That’s where I come in. As someone who has been through retirement (with my clients) hundreds of times, these are decisions I can help with. Come to think of it, I’m more “retirement jungle guide” than financial advisor. Maybe I should put that on my business card??
